How much does the tours cost?
The price for all tours (weddings, horse safaris, and business events excluded) is:
- € 165 /person/night in a twin-sharing room
- € 185 /person/night for single occupancy
Horse safaris:
- € 425 /person/night in a twin-sharing room
- € 675 /person/night for single occupancy
What is included in the price?
In all tours (weddings and business events excluded) the following is included in the price:
- Breakfast & Dinner
- All domestic travel
- Airport transfer
- Private driver
- Domestic flights
- Activities’ entrance fees and guides
- Stays at a minimum 4-star hotel, Haveli, Palace, or Castle, depending on the tour
I want to plan a tour! How do I proceed?
Since we are customizing the tour to suit all your wishes, we ask you to complete our travel questionnaire. This will give us important information about the type of tour you want to plan.
Based on this, we will assemble a travel itinerary you will receive by email.
We remain in dialogue, either via email or video calls, until the tour is exactly how you want it to be.
How can we book a business trip to India? And what can we expect?
All trips under Business Events & Team Building are 100 % bespoke and put together to cater to all your needs.

What is the payment procedure?
A 20 % down payment is paid at least 70 days before departure, and the full amount is paid at least 50 days before departure.
The payment option we offer at the moment is bank transfer.
Do I get a refund if I cancel a booked tour?
If you communicate a cancelation at least 50 days before departure you are entitled to a 100 % refund.
Cancelations made less than 50 days before departure are non-refundable.
Booked and paid business events and weddings are non-refundable.
